Live Like You're On Permanent Vacation

Located on the southwestern corner of Costa Rica, an hour from the Panama border and within reach of the Osa Peninsula, lies the Arena Alta Wildlife Village & Reserve. The village is located on the outskirts of Playa Zancudo, a town of around 450 Ticos and expats from across the globe. Arena Alta is located on the quieter side of town, with pristine jungle and fully titled lots that are just 250 steps away from the beach.

Fully Titled Land

All Arena Alta properties have title, which means you own the land. Our clients purchase lots in their own name, just like they would in the USA. People buy the land, and they own it. No corporations needed.

Services

Infrastructure for electricity and water is currently under construction. Public roads have already been built. Your property will be managed and taken care of while you are away. We are at your service.

Turn-Key Homes

You choose a design and we do the rest. No headaches managing your own contractors, insurance and other details. We are your "boots on the ground" and can do all the heavy lifting for you.
